All payments for services with Colcord Public Works Authority are due the 1st, no later than the 15th to avoid a $20 penalty.
$20 Late fees are accessed to all accounts with outstanding balances on the 16th of the month.
Delinquent notices are mailed out the week following the 16th.
Shut Off’s for accounts with outstanding balances will be the 10th of the following month.
If your services are shut off, there will be a $50 fee added and your account MUST be brought to a zero balance before service will be reinstated.
